This Data Protection Information tells you about the processing of your personal data when you visit DJOLOO websites ('DJOLOO', 'we', 'our' or 'our') and when you buy products on the so-called websites.

his Data Protection Information is based on the following terms under the Data Protection Act, which we have defined to facilitate understanding.  

• RGPD refers to the European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
• Recipient refers to a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other agency to which personal data is disclosed, whether or not it is a third party.  However, public authorities that may receive personal data in the context of a particular investigation in accordance with EU or Member State law are not considered recipients; the processing of this data by the public authorities is done in accordance with the applicable data protection rules, in accordance with the purposes of the treatment

• DJOLOO designates all companies affiliated with DJOLOO
• Personal data refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (the "person concerned"). An identifiable individual is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, including by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more specific criteria of the physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.  

Examples of personal data: Name, contact information, bank or credit card details.

• Responsible for processing refers to the individual or legal authority, public authority, agency or other agency that, alone or in conjunction with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. Where the purposes and means of such treatment are determined by EU or Member State law, the person responsible for the treatment or the specific criteria for its designation may be provided for by EU or Member State law.  
• For the data processing activities described in these Data Protection Information, the person in charge of the processing is DJOLOO, unless otherwise stated (Article 1.2.).  
• Processing any operation or set of transactions involving personal data or personal data sets, whether or not by automated means such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision , reconciliation or interconnection, limitation, erasure or destruction. 

2. The purpose and legal basis for our handling of your personal data 

2.1 Processing your data when you visit our websitesIf you
visit our websites to learn more about our products and services without registering for a customer account, buy products from our online store or actively transmit information to us (for purely informational purposes), we process your personal data for the following purposes and under the following legal bases. :

2.1.1 Websites and Computer Security

We process your personal data that is technically necessary to enable us to provide you with our websites and to ensure stability and security when you visit our websites.  This includes the following personal data:  

• IP address
• type and version of the browser
• operating system and platform  
• Full URL

This personal data will be stored for security purposes in server log files, which will be automatically deleted after 7 days.

This data processing is necessary to allow you to use our websites (legal database: Art. 6 (1) sentence 1, bed. (b RGPD) and for the purposes of our legitimate interest in ensuring computer safety (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) sentence 1, bed. (f) RGPD).  
2.1.2 Making localized websites avail
ableWe also process your personal data, which is technically necessary for us to provide you with a localized version of the websites, especially with regard to language.

).2.1.3 Website Analysis
2.1.3.1 Google Analyt
icsWe use Google Analytics on our websites, a web analytics service from Google Inc. ("Google").  Google Analytics uses cookies (for more information about cookies, please see article 2.1.9 and our cookie information) that allow an analysis of the use of our websites.  The information generated by cookies about the use of our websites is usually transferred to a Google server in the United States, where it is stored. However, since we use Google Analytics with the "anony-mizeIP) extension, Google will first reduce the IP address of the website visitor in the Member States of the European Union or in other Member States parties to the Contract in the European Economic Area, which excludes any direct association with you.  It is only in ex-exceptional cases that the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the United States and shortened there.  On behalf of PUMA, Google will use this information to evaluate website usage, prepare reports on website activities, and provide other services to PUMA related to the use of websites and the Internet. In this case, a persistent cookie (name: "ga-disa[…]ble-UA-") is placed in your current browser, which prevents your data from being recorded in the future when you visit our websites with this browser.  If you use another browser, Google Analytics will in principle be enabled, unless the refus cookie is also present in that browser.  Please note that Google Analytics will be enabled again if you remove the aforementioned refusing cookie in your browser.2
.1.3.2 Adobe Analytics

We also use Adobe Analytics to collect statistical data on the use of our websites. We use this data to continuously improve and optimize the PUMA online store and the products and services we offer, making visiting our websites more interesting. When y
ou use our websites, the information transmitted by your browser is collected and evaluated. To do this, we use cookies and similar tracking technology (e.g. "pixels"), which are integrated into each website. The following data can be collected as a request (requested file name), browser type/version, browser language, operating system, internal browser window resolution, screen resolution, JavaScript activation, Java activation/deactivation, cookie activation/deactivation, color depth, reference URL, IP address (collected exclusively anonymously and deleted immediately after use), access time, clicks, order values, shopping carts and anonymous form content (e.g., if a phone number has been provided). None of
this data can be directly attributed to you to an individual. The data collected in this way is used to create anonymous or pseudonymous usage profiles that form the basis of web statistics. Data collected through Adobe Analytics cookies is never used to personally identify visitors to our websites, nor is it merged with the personal data of the profile owner unless the user has given explicit consent beforehand.

Deactivating Adobe Analytics:

In this case, a persistent deactivation cookie for Adobe Analytics (name "omniture_optout") is placed in your current browser, which prevents your data from being saved by that service in the future when you visit our websites with that specific browser. Please note that these services will be enabled again if you remove the corresponding deactivation cookie in your browser.

alyticsWe also use Clicktale Analytics to process data about your interactions with our websites during your visit (e.g. site visits, clicks, time spent on websites, etc.) in order to generate anonymous mapping elements and statistics on the use of our websites.  

This data processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in conducting analyses to improve our website, products and services (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) sentence 1, bed. (f) RGPD).

In this case, a permanent cookie (name: "WRBlock") is placed in your current browser-ment, which prevents your data from being registered in the future when you visit our websites with that browser.  If you use another browser, Clicktale Analytics will be in prin-cipe enabled, unless the opposition cookie is also enabled in that browser.  Please note that Clicktale Analytics will be activated again if you remove the above opposition cookie in your browser.

2.1.3.4. Emarsys

We use Emarsys for personalization, analytics, automation and e-mail campaigns. Emarsys uses cookies and tracking pixels to help us create custom newsletters and advertisements. 2.1.4 Individual Recommendations on our websites
